How do I create my Customer Account?
You can create your Customer Account in any of our stores (Santo António or Piornais) or here on the website.
I created my account in store. Can I use it online?
Yes. To use an account created in store online, contact us so we can link your email to your Customer Account, or give us your email in one of our stores. If you created your account online, you can use it directly in our stores.
How are points calculated?
You earn 1 point for every €10 of each product's price. For example, a €24.99 toy earns 2 points and a €59.99 toy earns 5 points. Products under €10 and discounted products do not earn points.
Do discounted products also earn points?
No. Products that are already discounted or on promotion do not earn points. Other non-discounted products in the same purchase earn points as usual.
How much are my points worth?
Every 10 points equal €5 off. 20 points give you €10, 30 points €15, and so on.
Do points expire?
No. Points never expire and stay in your Customer Account until you decide to use them.
What is the minimum to redeem?
The minimum discount is €5, which equals 10 points. With fewer than 10 points you cannot redeem yet.
How do I check my points?
Online, just log in to your Customer Account and check your points in your account details. You can also ask for your balance in any of our stores.
Can the points discount be combined with other promotions?
Yes. You can use your points discount even on purchases that include products on promotion.
